Dustin
is one of the finest drummers around. He has been playing professionally
since he was 12 and debuted at the 1989 Missouri State Fair in Sedalia,
MO. Even then Dustin did some amazing pedal work on the bass drum, not
to mention drum solos that made Dustin the boy star of the Blazing
Country.Dustin is now
a fully developed trained professional drummer. He has done studio work
in Kansas City and Nashville and has played at some of the best venues
in the country.
Dustin has done fill work
with numerous other bands. Most recently he toured with ZZ Top Tirbute
band, Sharp Dressed Man, from the fall of 2004 through the fall of 2005
and He still moonlights with Don Lybarger and Don Desmond in the, ZZ Top
Tribute band, Mescalero Brothers.
Dustin enjoys singing the
cover songs of Hank Williams, Jr., Garth Brooks, Tim Magraw, and Chris
LeDoux as well as the rock group "CREED" and of course his all time
Favorite writer, Anthony Smith.
Dustin and Dallas enjoy
teaming up on cover’s by the new group, Big and Rich. These guys are a
shared favorite of all the members of Blazing Country.
Dustin’s original material
is straight from the country with a whole lot of southern rock
influence.
Dustin likes to tell emotional
stories that stir the heart and soul of his listeners to love, laugh,
cry, party, and dance the night away.
Dustin has a rich baritone
voice that we can’t wait to feature on the next Blazing Country release,
which promises to be the best yet.

Dana
is a dynamic entertainer
with a strong, bluesie vocal style. Dana is
becoming quite well known for her killer renditions of the classic hits
by Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin. She puts every ounce of energy into
each performance.
Dana has a very
outgoing personality and sense of humor that makes her just one of the
guys, yet she is a very attractive young woman who enjoys being a girl.
Someone in Nashville put it best when they described her as, "a
little fire ball." Boy don’t you know it. When she cuts loose with a
tribute to James Brown the whole place rocks.
Dana grew up
listening to Dolly Parton, who is still her favorite country artist. She
expanded to include a vast variety of vocalists, from Patty Loveless,
The Judds, and the Dixie Chicks to blues artists such as Billy Holiday,
and Janis Joplin. She too, has moved to center stage and is now singing
original songs by Dustin, Vicki, and Don, as well as those of other
Nashville songwriters.
Dana has worked
as a radio personality for two years with a little modeling on the side
and has almost completed a Public Relations degree which she has been
pursuing in her spare time. All the while she has continued to grow as a
vocalist and performer.
Dana is featured
as lead vocalist on three of the songs on Blazing Country’s Nashville
recording, I Know You Feel It..

Denver began his career at a very early
age. Having grown up in a family of musicians, he had the opportunity to
play lots of different instruments, guitar, bass, piano, drums and in High
School band the clarinet and saxophone.
Denver is a natural born comedian and
entertainer. First performing with his family band doing a sensational
"Elvis." impression. He discovered the bass guitar when he was 13 and within
a year he was playing with the family band, Blazing Country. He took his
place as full time bass guitarist in 1996 and has been playing with the
group ever since, touring the fair and club circuit. He has also done some
fill in work with such bands as The Dixie Cadillacs, and played bass for a
punk group, Dymano.
Denver is 24 years old now, and is still a
sensational entertainer, whether playing lead guitar or bass, singing cover
tunes or his original songs. He does some amazing things on bass, most
likely because he has developed into a very accomplished lead guitarist as
well. He is very versatile as he plays bass and lead guitar for many styles
of music: classic country, southern rock, classic rock, blues/jazz, punk &
alternative.
Denver developed a taste for alternative style
music as a teenager, and this interest led him to song writing. He has a
large repertoire of original songs. Twelve of his originals are featured his
most recent CD, Live From the Field, featuring the band Here For Beer.
Denver is a serious musician who practices and
writes daily. He is always ready to perform and is excited about performing
his own music. He has studio recording experience in many different studios
and has plans to release another album in 2006.

Don & Vicki
are the founders of the group
Blazing Country and
Blazing Country Productions . The couple has been working
together for well over 33 years. They write together, sing together and
run the business together.Don & Vicki are professionals
from the get go and continually work to perfect their musical talents
and to promote the bands and solo acts, which work through Blazing
Country Productions. These bands include: Blazing Country, Denver & Soul
Speaker, and Mescalero Brothers ZZ Top Tribute Band. All the members
of Blazing Country book solo gigs, in their otherwise off time.
Don & Vicki are singer/song writers and produced their first
album, So Near And Yet So Far, in 1991. This recording features the
song, " Come On Feet (Don't Fail Me Now)." It was this song that
they performed on Nashville's TNN. After signing with Comstock Records,
Ltd. the song, " Come On Feet (Don't Fail Me Now)." was featured
on Comstock's cd sampler, which aired on 175 radio stations in:
Scotland, England, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Italy, Spain, Sweden,
Holland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Denmark, as well as radio
stations in the U.S. As a result the song reached number 35 on "The
Europe Country Variety Top 100 Independent Music Chart."
The follow up release, "So Near and Yet So Far", was
also well received, going to #1 on the Spanish charts in the first three
weeks. Comstock followed this with, "Here We
Are There We Go," which was a sneak
preview from the band's self-titled album,
"Blazing Country." This release went to #1
in France and charted in Germany and the Netherlands. The entire album,
"Blazing Country." was then released internationally to radio
stations across Europe, Canada, and Great Britain in 1996. The songs,
"Blazing Country" and
You've Made My Momma MADD (Cause Your Drivin’ Me To Drink)
as high as #8 on the European Independent Charts.
"Blazing Country."
was then released to numerous American stations across the U.S., where
it received a great deal of air play
"A Sacrifice of Praise" features some of the most requested
gospel songs in their repertoire, including one original. The two met in
church and have a strong faith in God, so it was a dream come true to be
able to give back some of the blessings that were so graciously given to
them. And they humbly make this available to anyone who wants a copy.
Don & Vicki
continue to perform and write music. In fact,
Dana has just recently recorded one of
Don’s recent
songs, I Wanta Hear It From You. Dallas
plans to record,
Love’s Gonna Get Ya, ASAP.
Don also performs as Billy Gibbons with
Dustin as Frank Beard on
drums and the newest member to Blazing Country Productions,
Don Desmond who plays
the character of Dusty Hill in, Mescalero Brothers ZZ Top Tribute
Band.
Vicki continues
to perform with the Blazing Country
moving to the front at times to sing her
originals and the hits of such great artists as, Patsy Cline, Reba
McEntire, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Kathy Mattea, and Wynonna Judd. Vicki’s
most important job is to sing and arrange the background with Don and
the other 4 singers in the group. Vicki plays rhythm guitar and handles
bookings, PR, and promotions.
Together, Don & Vicki take their listeners on a trip back
into the 1980's when outlaw country music was cool or farther back to
the roots of those outlaws found in 1970's southern country rock.
